Terms of service for rental

To save you some time, here is a simplified summary of the agreement:

• rental prices are netto day rates

• you are obligated to inform us if equipment will be used in high risk environments (such as sand, gravel, water etc.)

• upfront payment is required in cash/by card for new customers

• contact us for nonprofit project sponsoration

• you are fully responsible for the products when using them, we reserve the right to charge you for damages as well as other expenses such as transport of replacement products, repairs or the costs of us not being able to supply the next partner with gear in time

• items returned contaminated (including but not limited to muddy, dusty) result in extra fees, up to 10% of product MSRP price

• the rental fee must be paid before taking away the equipment on the first 3 occasions of rental

• returning the products late (and if not notified in time or interferes with our work) results in extra charges on top of rental day rate

• in order to make a rental contract, credentials must be supplied to us

• your personal data will be used to make the rental and billing process possible

• your personal data shall not be provided to third parties under any circumstances

• film student discounts are available (30%), written statement from UNI or a film student ID card is required

• retrospective change of return day may be possible based on availability

• the administrator of your credentials and personal data is David Chomiak (from now on “administrator”), based in Warsaw, Tasmowa St. (admin@gaffergrip.eu)

• you have the right to ask the administrator to provide you your personal data, change it, erase it or limit access to it

• delivery to location and return of products may be possible based on availability, contact us for an inquiry
